Open Houses – Inspections are offered to prospective tenants by application only. Ensuring enquires are responded to and followed up promptly and screening prospective tenants to ensure only the highest quality tenants are approved.
Approval Process – Lease and other documentation is prepared and signed by all parties. Entry condition report is completed with photos. Confirmation of bond payment and lodgement. Move in date is set and keys are delivered. Copies of completed documents is sent to the landlord.
Property Management – Collection of rent payments, and management of arrears. Management of property maintenance and repairs. Routine inspections attended regularly with comprehensive report provided. Monthly financial reports. Lease negotiations and consultations.
Tribunal attendance as required. Complaint management. Final inspections at termination of lease and reporting. Bond return management.
