AMKAR Real Estate was founded in 1999 by licensee and managing direct Amal Khodair-Vemana. Prior to founding AMKAR, Amal spent almost a decade in the real estate industry gaining knowledge and experience while working with some of South Australia’s largest real estate agencies. While gaining this experience she recognised a need in the market for personalised customer service in property management.
Property is Amal’s passion, and she quickly became renown in Adelaide for her ability to effectively manage the investment properties of her clients with integrity, local market knowledge and professionalism. Amal grew AMKAR from a small business in the corner of her living room into the thriving boutique agency it is today. Much of the growth and success of AMKAR is attributed to the high level of client satisfaction resulting in referrals and the transfer of tenants to buyers or investor themselves.
